Our Buffet Menu begins with your choice of one or two fine meat entrees prepared by our professional staff, two vegetables, and two of our homemade meal complements made fresh by our own Deli Department.

Our Picnic Menu includes German, American or Dilled Potato Salad plus cole slaw, home-baked beans, fresh fruit salad, and homemade Kaiser Buns. Coffee, milk, or lemonade, plates, silverware, napkins, cups and condiments are also included.

Offering your guests an attractive variety of foods from our party trays will make planning your event easy and efficient. Begin with our standard favorites or invent your own and we will make your imagination come to life. The Wisconsin Favorite, Vegetable Platter, Fresh Fruit Tray, Taco Dip Tray, Sausage Platter, All-American Tray, Hearty Meat Platter, or Shrimp Tray come in three sizes to serve from 15 to 35 people each. Devilled Egg, Relish or custom made trays will add something different.
